I went to the Close to my Heart website tonight and instantly recognized one of the photos on their main page...it was my 7 year old, Slayton! The picture was taken 2 years ago by my friend Bekki (who is a professional photographer). They must have lifted the picture from her site to use.
I'm sure they didn't ask for copyright rights, so I can't wait to her back from her...

That is interesting. I don't know if I would be too happy about that as the photographer!
So what did you find out about them lifting the pic?: I think I would be upset that my kid was used without permission.

All the pics used in the catalog have to be sent in directly to Close To My Heart.
